      • How to Get the Best Results To get the best print use high-quality artwork and images that are not blurry. A 300dpi png file with a transpart background is the best option. You can also upload , jpg, gifs, or eps. If you're uploading a vector file or PDF please ensure it is in RGB format. Good art in is good art out. 
      • Mockup Colour Accuracy: Mockup designs provided on our website or via email are for reference purposes only. The actual print color may vary slightly due to CMYK printing process from what is shown in the mockup.
      • Mockup Print Size Accuracy: the designer may not be perfectly to scale, however the designer will display the logo size height & width mm, which you can check against a garment at home. 
      • Specilty Ink Colours: Fluorescences or Metallics (Silver & Gold) are not avaiable via DTG or DTF process. This is only avaiable via our screen printing service so feel free to reach out for a quote here
